HCG Diet

Wondering if the hCG Diet is for You?
Have you tried everything to try and lose weight only to yo-yo around the same size and body fat no matter what you do?  Most of us have.  That’s why this hCG diet is gaining popularity… because it works!

On the hCG diet, typical results are as follows:

- lose pounds fat

- maintain muscle mass

- increase energy levels

- easily make it a habit to eat right

- increased self-esteem and confidence

No shakes or pre-packaged foods, no long-term commitments, no side effects for those able to do the diet…

It’s a great way for those who’ve struggled their whole lives to look and live healthy to actually achieve it!

What Foods Can I Eat on the hCG Diet?

Breakfast
For breakfast, you can only drink coffee and/or tea. The types of tea that you can have are green tea, Oolong tea, chamomile tea, and yerba mate tea.  These teas are preferred because of their antioxidant and metabolism boosting qualities.  You should try and stay away from black tea, but if that’s all you have, then it’s ok.  You can have as much coffee and tea that you want, as long as you don’t add any sugar.  You can use a teaspoon of milk for your tea or coffee (that does not mean that for every cup of coffee or tea you have, you can have a teaspoon of milk).

Lunch and Dinner
For lunch and dinner there are certain proteins that you should eat.  They include:

- Lean meats

  • steak, ground beef, chicken breast, veal
- Seafood

  • crab, lobster, shrimp, prawns, whiting fish, tilapia, flounder, haddock other lean white fish
- Vegetables

  • fresh or fresh frozen spinach, various lettuces, asparagus, broccoli, cucumbers, oions, tomatoes, chard, beet greens, cabbage
- Fruits

  • apples, organs, strawberries, lemons, half of a red grapefruit
- Carbohydrates

  • Melba toast crackers, grissini-style breadsticks, a half to a third of a Flatout light bread
Don’t eat the same exact meals for lunch and dinner the same day.  If you chose to eat halibut and spinach for lunch, you would then have to pick a different protein source and vegetable for dinner.  You can spice and season your food until your heart’s content, as long as there aren’t any calories in the seasoning.

If you find that you are hungry during the day, you can have all the water, coffee, and tea that you want.

Try to stay away from diet sodas during the hCG diet.  They will cause you to crave things because your body is being tricked into thinking the artificial sweeteners is sugar and wants to use it  But when it doesn’t get what it thinks it’s getting, it tries to force you to give it to it.

Safe Product List
“Most women find it hard to believe that fats, oils, creams, and ointments applied to the skin are absorbed and interfere with weight reduction by HCG just as if they had been eaten. This almost incredible sensitivity to even such very minor increases in nutritional intake is a peculiar feature of the HCG method.”
- Dr. ATW Simeons
